이미 6-8구 용출기의 system 간의 오차로 인한 반복 재현성 검증이 이제는 USP 규정지침으로 되어 버렸습니다.
그동안 용출시 많은 염려와 불안의 해결이 미국 약전에 구체화 되어졌습니다.
6구나 8구의 용출기 사용시에는 4번까지 테스트를 해야 하니 너무 번거롭게 규정이 되어 졌습니다.
그러나 파마테스트사 14구 용출기로는 단 한번의 테스트로 해결 할 수 있게 됬구요!
또한 개정된 USP에서도 규정 되어져 있습니다.
USP에도 개정 지침이 2010 올해 5월 1일부터 시행됩니다.

USP has published some impotant news .(especially for the 12 Vessel bath).<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
1)The old Lot POE will be only valid till 30th of April.
2)Salicylicacid needs not to be tested anymore
3) a new Lot of Prednisone Lot PI1300 should be tested. The testprocedure is different: For the single stage test the 6 vessels of a 6-8 Vessel dissolution Tester needs to be tested 2 times using 6 Prednisone Tablets. For a 12 Vessel bath the test must be performed only once for 14 Vessels and 12 Tablets>>
For two 6Positon Dissolution Testers the customer will need to perform all in all 4 Prednsione Tests with 24 Tablets.
With the PTWs1210 the customer needs only to perfrom 1 Test with 12 Tablets only.
Conclusion is that a lot of time and money can be safed using our 14 Vessel Dissolution Tester.
